INTRODUCTION

We hit the sportswear scene in 1999 to build a brand that lives and breathes the attitude harnessed in our name.

Dare…2…b.

We launched with our technical, high performance ski wear. Now we create gear for more of the sports you love. And the adventures you haven’t had yet. The inspiration for everything we do comes from our customers. They don’t compromise on style and price and neither do we. They’re the forces of nature we strive to keep up with. We learn from them. We share with them.

All of our clothing, footwear and accessories are created by our visionary in-house team. Their years of technical know-how fused with a passion for design keep each collection fresh with pieces that work as good as they look. We constantly push it as a cutting edge, multisportswear brand around the world.

We Dare 2 Live… We DARE 2b

The company offers a generous charity matching scheme for all employees.

Learning and Development Opportunities

To maintain our top talent and help people be the best they can be we have established a partnership with Instep UK Ltd – our main training provider. We have worked closely with Instep for a number of years to develop completely tailored programmes that suit the needs of the business.

The personal effectiveness programme compromises of a series of modules based around the theme of personal impact. This programme has gained great momentum within the business and has resulted in many internal successions and helping to build relationships and confidence of individuals.

Our management development programme is for new managers to the business, and newly appointed managers to improve their knowledge and skills to lead their teams and gives us the consistency that we require.
